PAYMENT COUNTER FACILITIES

The Municipal Council of Penang Island provides payment counters for the public to pay the following bills:-

  1. All types of bills issued by the Municipal Council of Penang Island.
  2. Water bills issued by Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn. Bhd. (PBA)
  3. Electric bills.
  4. Telephone bills (excluding hand phone bills).
  5. Penang Development Corporation (PDC) rental bills.
  6. PEDECO service charge bills.

The operation of the payment counters comes under the Treasury of the Municipal Council of Penang Island. The location of the payment counters and collection hours are as follows:-

Payments

All the above bills are payable at the counter by cash, cheque, money and postal orders. Cheques must be crossed an payable to "PENGARAH PERBENDAHARAAN, MAJLIS PERBANDARAN PULAU PINANG."

Assessment Bills are also payable at the following counters:

  • Bank Pertanian Branch (on the island only)
